Absolute best dealership! Got our first car there because Hondas are reasonable and reliable. We have bought 6 cars there since. You can always feel comfortable just to sit down and discuss your needs and they will point you in the right direction. I always bring my cars there for the scheduled service where you know they will take care of you and get your car back to you as soon as possible. When I wait for service to be completed the sales people will stop by and chat for awhile. After you purchase/lease the car they still make you feel like you are part of the family. I have recommended this dealer to my friends and family and I have never been disappointed with how they were treated by the people at North Shore Honda. More

From Harold in sales to Jack and Carlo in service, I haven't had a situation that was not resol Their attention to customer service is unparalleled. From Harold in sales to Jack and Carlo in service, I haven't had a situation that was not resolved to my satisfaction. When our '04 CRV blew its A/C condenser last year, requiring the complete replacement of the A/C system, Carlo was able to convince the corporate office that they should honor a just expired recall notice as I was a preferred customer. Those efforts saved me over $2000 in repair costs. They may not be the cheapest dealership around, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and the slight difference in price is more than made up for by their continued efforts well after the contract is signed. I made the mistake of buying a car elsewhere once and vowed never to make that mistake again. More
