Overall Haroon was helpful. He went through a lot of options regarding extended warranties, etc. He was friendly, but seemed new/not very knowledgeable of the product. I was not a fan of the person who went over the financing (I don’t recall his name). He was very non-engaged and did not seem to want to be bothered. I had expressed a few concerns (like an accident on the carfax that was not previously disclosed) and he did not seem to care very much. He just wanted to rush me through. In terms of the vehicle itself, we did discover a broken piece in the trunk area after purchased that appeared to be precariously placed as so no one would notice. Also during the test drive the car smelled fine, but after 1-2 drives now smells horribly of cigarette smoke. This was not disclosed during the sales process and it feels like it was covered up prior to purchase. I am asthmatic and have had some breathing issues from driving the car. Not sure how to get rid of the smell. Had we known we would not have purchased this particular vehicle. I do feel a bit regretful on our purchase and with the overall experience. More
