I dealt with Rob Sylvia and was very pleased with my experience. There was no pressure, he answered my questions, dealt with me fairly and as a result I bought a new Bronco. In addition to Rob, his Ge experience. There was no pressure, he answered my questions, dealt with me fairly and as a result I bought a new Bronco. In addition to Rob, his General Sales Manager, Eddie Clark, and his comedy duo partner Harry McDougall provided assistance and comedic relief. Finally, I didn't even end up hating the Finance guy, Bill Hoyle. He might be the only modest, low-key finance guy I've ever met. Anyway, it's the second car I've purchased here, and it won't be the last. More
