Our conversation began with family, years working in the trade and his love of the family atmosphere working for Jannell Motors. He narrowed me down to a 2019 F-150, walked me out to where it was said I'll take it! He literally went through everything for me and made the transaction a very easy and fulfilling experience. The day I picked it up he very patiently walked me through setting up all the electronics and high-tech stuff that was new to me.
