I have used Crown GMC service and specifically with Harry Ossenberg for over 6 years now and never been dissappointed with there service. Harry Ossenberg's professionalism and customer service skills should be a benchmark for all employees. As a women Harry makes me feel very comfortable; with his sincerity for my well being regarding a skills should be a benchmark for all employees. I had my Pontiac Vibe towed in to replace a bad starter and had Harry assigned to cover my case. Harry is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful person - I have honestly never experienced the caliber of and had Harry assigned to cover my case. Harry is an incredibly kind, patient, and helpful person - I have honestly never experienced the caliber of high quality customer service in the auto industry as I did with Harry. The quoted price for a new GM starter ended up being higher than for a Toyota starter (as the Vibe is essentially a Matrix - labor was the same cost at both dealerships), so I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. STILL, Harry related that he understood completely, and also managed to get the car started so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed to the Toyota dealership! I was unbelievably impressed with my overall experience, and will be bringing my Vibe back for maintenance service. I'd highly recommend Harry and Crown. More
