Great customer service and great follow-up service. I will only say "Great" top to bottom! I went in to get a truck to replace my lease truck and Harry Taylor went above and beyond helping me. I only sp I will only say "Great" top to bottom! I went in to get a truck to replace my lease truck and Harry Taylor went above and beyond helping me. I only spent 4 hours from start to finish and drove out in my new truck which only needed a brake controller to be complete. The brake controller was written into the deal and I would be notified for an appointment to have it installed. I received a call from Bob Johnson and set an appointment to have the controller installed which was the same day he called. I arrived and Bob said the job should be 2 hours and I told him I would wait. I was offered water and told they would take my truck right in for the install. I was out within an hour with the new controller installed. Thank you to all it was a great experience, the best I have had in getting a vehicle ever. Great job San Tan Ford, you are the only one I recommend. More
