Harvey Nyien is the BEST. In 2017 my best friend worked with Harvey to buy his 'new" 2014 Toyota Sienna. I was so pleased with the care, knowledge and concern that Harvey had In 2017 my best friend worked with Harvey to buy his 'new" 2014 Toyota Sienna. I was so pleased with the care, knowledge and concern that Harvey had to find just the correct vehicle that I decided that if I ever bought another car I would only do so with Harvey and at your Toyota Dealership. Enter 2018 and the thought of getting a new vehicle. My beloved 2004 Saturn Vue was getting old and hard to find parts. I sent my friend to look around for a car for me while his was being serviced at Toyota of Naperville. He comes home with a picture of a 2017, never owned toyota corolla stick shift. The perfect car. With much trepidation Harvey introduced me to the car and I worked to find a way to have this car. Once again, Harvey eased my concerns and I drove home on 3/26 with my amazing new car. I am sold on Toyota and Toyota of Naperville. I work in Health Care and know the importance of customer service, compassion, education and clarity for the consumer. We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Harvey Nyien because he is a pleasure to work with and is extremely competent in his knowledge of the various models and their options. He answers questions on vehicle options on various models and how they might vary, without pushing you toward a particular model or option. Harvey's unassuming manner makes him very easy to work with. When it comes time for service, my appointments have always gotten me in and out of the service department in a timely manner. I have been taking vehicles here for service for roughly 6 years. More

Wonderful customer service! Harvey Nyien was our sales consultant and answered all of our questions!
