I went one afternoon with my son to test drive some 4 Runners. We met Harvey Nyien who was so courteous and he quickly got the trucks and keys so that we could take a drive. Harvey explained many of the features and was patient to my son who asked lots of questions. I learned that a lot of features had changed in 4 Runners since 2002, our last purchase. Harvey helped me understand some of the differences. Having visited several dealerships, I found Harvey one of the most knowledgeable salesmen. (it is discouraging when the buyer knows more that the salesperson.....) Harvey stayed in contact with me after the dealership visit which I appreciated. Thanks Toyota of Naperville! More

Since I have difficulty walking, the salesman Harvey Nyien, immediately had the vehicle brought to the door, so that I was able to inspect it and take a test drive.He answered all my questions. I also very much appreciated that since I wanted a base model he did not try to up sell me to an upgraded model. I was able to hold the car with a deposit and return the next day with my wife. Harvey was very helpful, answering my wife's questions and arranging the sale. Before we left the dealership he made sure we were aware of and comfortable with all the car's features. Our entire car buying experience was good, with all the staff being courteous and professional, especially our salesman Harvey Nyien. More

Only negative aspect was the initial low Trade-In offer on my old vehicle (which I was expecting), but they did match another dealer's offer. Sales Person(s): (5/5 Stars) Harvey Nyien was a great sales person to work with. He provided details related to the vehicle as well as a consistent point of contact throughout the buying process. Repeatedly gathered and provided information across multiple visits. After purchasing he spent time to explain features that might not have been immediately clear. (5/5 Stars) Peter Murray was a great sales manager to work with. Overall professional, knowledgeable, and able to help/explain. I would have liked to haggle a lower price, but doesn't every buyer. (4/5 Stars) Alain Vilma was a good sales person. He was eager to help, easy to work with, and followed up between visits as I looked at multiple models. Removed one star because of some unprofessional impatient actions towards other customers while on a test drive. More
