I stopped at the dealership for service on my 2010 Avalon Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Aval Limited, and while waiting (it only took them about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it), I stopped in the showroom to look at the new Avalon. Sales associate Harvey Nyien approached me and in a very low key, professional way, answered my questions about the new, completely redesigned Avalon. He mentioned that he had rented this model on his recent vacation, and it was quite obvious that he was able to answer my questions from personal experience rather than just studying the brochure. Long story short: within 30 minutes he had my 2010 appraised and we struck a deal on the 2013. I drove it home later that afternoon. Although all of my experiences at this dealership have been positive over the last three years, Harvey clearly stands out for me. He is a good listener, he provided solid, knowledgeable answers regarding a model which has only been out four months, and there was no pressure. I would most heartily recommend him. More

My wife and I worked initially with Harvey and then returned about two weeks later and worked with Bill because Harvey was on vacation. Both Bill and Harvey were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but seemed to know when to leave us alone and when to offer unsolicited information. They never applied any pressure - no hard sell - which we truly appreciated. The only negative part of the experience for us was during the finalizing the deal stage. If you feel it is important to try to sell things like extra protection packages and coverages/warranties that should be brought up before the final price and negotiations are completed. It is kind of a sleazy bate and switch type tactic to get someone to agree to a price and then try to pressure them into buying extras after the fact that may push the overall deal over someones price comfort range. The method that Dave in particular used and the pressure he applied trying to 'guilt' me into buying some of the extras was a bit of a turn off. Again overall, very happy with the experience and the product. The final steps could simply be handled in a little more upfront fashion in my opinion. More

Harvey Nyien made my new Matrix purchase easy.I was treated in a courteous and friendly manner.I had not planned on buying a new Matrix that day,but I saw what I liked and the rest is history.I felt th treated in a courteous and friendly manner.I had not planned on buying a new Matrix that day,but I saw what I liked and the rest is history.I felt that I received a fair trade-in price for my used Matrix.This is the second Matrix that I have purchased from this dealership.I will continue to return to Toyota of Naperville as the staff takes all the stress out of buying a new car.Kudos to Harvey,the rest of the sales staff and the service department. After 10 years, it was time to trade in my Highlander that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was v that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out the different and new features on the 2013 Rav 4 from my 2003 Highlander. He took me to the test drive track for some practice. He never rushed me or pressured me during this process. This is my 3rd Toyota and I would not buy anything else but a Toyota. I have always been impressed with the sevice at the dealership and will continue to do business with them. Thanks again Harvey!! More

Bravo to everyone for working so seamlessly and collaboratively. Harvey, with his quiet demeanor, LISTENS and he is committed to making it all work for you. NO pressure - I was looking at four other dealerships, but I made the purchase at Toyota of Naperville because of the way everyone works together to 'make it right'. Hats off to Mark Witt for understanding the hour plus drive for me to get there, and making a final price offer 'that I couldn't refuse'. Great folks are the foundation of a great place! This is the second car we purchased from Harvey Nyien. He is both knowledgable and helpful regarding model options and features. He worked with us in locating a vehicle that met our price expectations while is both knowledgable and helpful regarding model options and features. He worked with us in locating a vehicle that met our price expectations while still incorporating the optional features we felt were important. He has a very accomodating personality coupled with a straight forward approach. I'll be back to see Harvey for a new Highlander vehical when my aging Ford Explorer dies. More
