We were recommended to Toyota of Naperville through a friend who works there, Sue Casa. Originally we planned on purchasing a Ford Fusion and we only came in because of our friend. He was able to make us see the value and quality of the Toyota Camry and we feel in love with it. After the test drive and his thorough explanation of the workings of the car we felt that this was the car for us. If it weren't for Sue and Harvey we would have purchased elsewhere. We are so pleased to have been able to work with such knowledgable and professional people and we will be sure to recommend Toyota of Naperville to friends and family. More

Mr. Harvey Nyien was very accommodating, very efficient and very professional. He was able to answer all our questions and is very well knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went an extra mile in order to satisfy our needs as customers. He was able to give us options and was not at any time during the course of our conversation showed that he was in a hurry to sell the product. He made sure we understood everything from the vehicle we were interested in to the process of buying and trading-in our old vehicle. We can attest that he made our buying experience stress free and satisfying. My husband and me have been in other Toyota dealers throughout the years and we can say that our Toyota of Naperville experience is the best. The facility is very clean, spacious and has a wide selection of new/pre-owned vehicles. All staff were noted to be very professional looking.
