We recently purchased a certified used truck from Longo that we had seen advertised online, got it home, realized that it wasn't the right one for us, called them the next day and asked if we could bring it back and pick out another one. It isn't an easy process, however they did everything necessary to return the one we bought, and get us in another truck, at a great price, that better met our needs. Our salesman, Carlos Moreles, was very fair, accommodating, and patient with us throughout the purchase, the return, and the final purchase. He will be our guy on all our family's future purchases. While at Longo, we met the dealership GM, Daniel Sanchez, Sales Managers Harvey Portwood and Preston Mitchell, Finance Manager Olu Betiku, and the Service Director, Billy Stewart. Each of them were understanding of our situation, and happily worked with us to expedite the return and repurchase of our final truck. Awesome team of professionals. I went to Longo Toyota to help my older parents purchase a new vehicle. These guys are amazing! Very patient and took time to explain everything to my parents in simple terms what was happening, what they a new vehicle. These guys are amazing! Pricing was extremely fair, follow up after our first visit was polite, consistent but was never pushy or annoying. I want to personally call out Tony “Superman” Bailey. By far the most professional and enjoyable sales advisor I have ever worked with. I wish I would have met him a few months ago so I could have purchased my personal vehicle form him! Preston in finance was also amazing, polite and professional. My parents are by no means sophisticated auto buyers, but he never once made them uncomfortable. The dealership is bright, clean and pleasant to be in. The vehicle we found online was EXACTLY what was presented on the website. There were no hidden fees or addendums on the SUV after we arrived. Pricing was the best in town and we didn’t need to go through and extended back and forth negotiation to get what we wanted. I know auto purchasing can be stressful, but Longo Toyota is just different. I can truthfully say this was actually pleasant and would highly recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
