We recently purchased a certified used truck from Longo that we had seen advertised online, got it home, realized that it wasn't the right one for us, called them the next day and asked if we could bring it back and pick out another one. It isn't an easy process, however they did everything necessary to return the one we bought, and get us in another truck, at a great price, that better met our needs. Our salesman, Carlos Moreles, was very fair, accommodating, and patient with us throughout the purchase, the return, and the final purchase. He will be our guy on all our family's future purchases. While at Longo, we met the dealership GM, Daniel Sanchez, Sales Managers Harvey Portwood and Preston Mitchell, Finance Manager Olu Betiku, and the Service Director, Billy Stewart.
