Happy with my purchase Hatem was helpful and friendly instead of aggressive and pushy. I felt comfortable working with him and didn't feel pressured at all. Ron explained the financing clearly and patiently, got me the loan I was looking for, and was understanding when I changed my mind about an add-on. The only complaint I have is that one of the key fobs was dead and the other had low battery - risky when the car has push-button start. More

I met the sales person and told him that i wanted the car and he was really nice about everything: to offering us water, snacks, and ultimately a great deal! He found all the ways possible to get a steal. Though, it was not what we wanted the deal sufficed. Hatem was great! He helped us in a timely manner and we were done withing a few hours of negotiating. More
