My vehicle requires registration within 7 days which the dealership was unable to provide to me. I had to do it on my own and then get a receipt for reimbursement. When I told the dealership of the conflict in time they did not offer a loaner car to take while the dealership takes care of the required service on my new vehicle. More

I drove 2 hrs from NY to see a CRV they had in stock in the color I wanted and it was so worth it. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The transaction went smoothly and I am still amazed that my car was driven RIGHT TO MY DOOR in NY 2 days later.
