I went to a Mountain View Chevy dealership with my daughter to purchase a 2020 Volkswagen Passat for her. The car was in excellent condition, barring some minor cosmetic blemishes. Eric Valenzuela was our salesman, we felt really uplifted talking to him through the stressful car buying process. As we were traveling to the dealership, he sent us a video message of the car in advance, detailing its features and its condition. He made the car buying experience a true joy. The finance manager at the dealership also made the car buying experience pleasant by personally engaging in college talk with my daughter. Overall the process was completed in about a couple of hours which I think is record time for car buying! I would give five star rating for our experience at Mountain View Chevrolet. More

I was skeptical of going to this dealership with the words "Mountain View" being attached to it given my experience with the other MV dealerships in town, but Dexter and his team changed that perspectiv words "Mountain View" being attached to it given my experience with the other MV dealerships in town, but Dexter and his team changed that perspective for me about this Mtn View dealership real quick.
