Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. In and out in no time at all. Waiting room and amenities are fantastic and of course it’s sweet to look at all the new cars. I forget who the service team was but they deserve a raise because they made me feel special.

I've been taking my car in for service since I bought it from Beaverton Toyota. They have handled all of my oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This latest service they changed my oil and told me all my filters were fine. Upon inspecting the air filter on my own, I discovered what was probably the grossest air filter I've ever seen. My air filter was not "fine", and the service departments gross negligence was evident. I expect to have my car taken care of. I do not trust the service department to do it's job. Additionally, there is half a quart over full of oil in my car. That is also gross negligence.
