Mr. Brozack I feel was very concerned for my well being. He had tried to get me financed but it wouldn't work as I am a college student who isn't well versed in the car sales world. He was very gentlemanly in demeanor and his character didn't waiver once he knew I wouldn't be purchasing that day which I've seen happen with other dealers. I last week purchased a vehicle upon my return home from the semester at school and made it a point to remember him once I found a car at this location. He was diligent in helping me finance the car and reaching out to Heather Champion who was wonderful and friendly and worked to get myself financing as I have good credit, no outstanding incoming because I'm a student. They both were steadfast in reaching out to me the following day to let me know of the news of finding financing and that the car is mine if I still want it. Richard showed me the entire carfax, explained why the car was priced as such, what things were up-kept at the dealership, and gave it a full inspection and a couple extra perks to the car to top it off. The service I received from the two of them was exceptional and took away much of the anxiety of making such a large purchase. I greatly appreciated Richard's gratefulness for my purchase as he reached out to me after the deal was done. More

I bought my first Hyundai from number one Cochran, after being involved in a vehicle accident, I knew the car was going to be totaled #1 Cochran was my first stop in looking for a new car. When I first went there I went to the Subaru section with all intent on getting one. They were so busy there wasn't a sales person to help us so in the meantime we walked up to Hyundai. Charlie came out to talked to us and he was nothing but perfect. He showed me an elantra, explained all the perks, and answered any questions I had from my last Hyundai. THEN! He walked us down to Subaru anD showed us some of the cars down there. Needless to say I couldn't purchase that day because we hadn't heard anything from the insurance company, and unlike any other salesman, Charlie understood explained everything that we needed to do for a transfer process to a new Hyundai and gave me his card. He wasn't pushy at all. Other dealerships were not as understanding and even lied about incentives to get me to sign. After the car was totaled I messaged Charlie to have the car ready an he did! When going to put my loan through Heather was just as awesome! She even remembered me from my LAST Hyundai!! Copied everything over from my last deal and made the purchase easy!! BEST SERVICE EVER at THIS Hyundai dealership. I don't think I'd go anywhere else, and my next car I'm going to call and ask for Charlie! More

We have previously purchased 2 Hyundai's from Charlie Smith. On Tues 8-13-13, we bought our 4th car. I told Charlie that I would not be able to sit at his desk while working out the deal that I would need to stand. This patience man was able to seat my husband and I at a pub style table and chair. He stood at this table and work out all the details so that I could be comfortable. Because I forgot the checkbook and needed to go home, Charlie arranged with Heather to have the paper work ready when we returned in an hour, While we were gone, Charlie had the license plate transferred to the new car. Heather was waiting for us with everything ready for our signatures. We were able to complete everything so quickly that I didn't have to remain standing. If our ever have a problem with your back or hip, believe me someone willing to stand up with you means a lot. But we already knew from previous experience, that Charlie Smith is a special person and an asset to this dealership More

I was looking to purchase a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT when I went to #1 Cochran. My wife had inquired with another dealership which had told her that their deal could not be beat. Heather Champion made getting all of the financing together an absolute breeze. The thing that I was most impressed about was that I wasn't put under a lot of pressure.
