I gave Cochran a great rating primarily because they made me feel comfortable & welcome. I did not intend to buy a car the day I came into the dealership- I was primarily just looking @ the cars on the lot & me feel comfortable & welcome. I did not intend to buy a car the day I came into the dealership- I was primarily just looking @ the cars on the lot & an emplyee who was helping someone else @ the time asked if we needed help. I said not really but a salesman still came out to greet us- his name was Anthony. He was very patient & knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. Before I knew it the paperwork was being drawn up. I didn't feel any pressure & to be quite honest I wasn't sure where my credit would take me. But it all worked out! On the financial end Heather was super nice friendly & honest. a few years ago I visited another dealership in the So. Hills & I was not satisfied with how they treated me & opted not to buy a vehicle for 2 years afterwards until I visited Cochran. It was a positive experience pretty much from the door! I bought a Sonata in 2003 & just purchased another one in 2013- It is a great vehicle & looks fabulous on the road.
