Customer lobby very comfortable, not to mention complimentary drinks and snacks. Most employees that pass by are quick to say hello...very friendly. While vehicle is being serviced Technicians also inspect other parts of vehicle from brakes to belts. To tie everything together you get a free car wash! The charge on services are comparative to other shops, some I find are even lower. I've been to many shops in the area(I've been in this area 30 years) and none rate as high as Lou Sobh, great experience. Robert Hosey More

Great Fast Service! Heather was and always is extremely helpful! I am extremely satisfied with the service and employees that work at this dealership! More

I wanted to buy from Lou Sobh as we live in Cumming and have had a good experience with their service department with our other cars. When we visited the dealership they were very cordial and not pushy at all. They said they would match the lowest offer we received and would make our trade in whole. Long story short, they beat the lowest offer we received by $500 and gave us $500 more than our payoff for our trade in. They located the Odyssey we wanted and had the paperwork and car ready within 48 hours... More

I had had previous experience with this dealership with servic From the first moment I walked into Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, Georgia, I felt welcome. I had had previous experience with this dealership with service for my other car and felt comfortable returning to buy another. Jim Anderson is the Sales Rep. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased. Lou Sobh has an outstanding organization in Cumming and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Oh and by the way, ask for Jim Anderson. More

Best Service and Best Car Buying Experience I was an owner of a Honda Civic with lots of issues - not because of the car but mistreatment from its previous owner. I've dealt with both Omar and I was an owner of a Honda Civic with lots of issues - not because of the car but mistreatment from its previous owner. I've dealt with both Omar and Heather in the service department. They were phenomenal. Heather would promptly return my phone calls and kept me up to date with the progress of the car. She was honest with me and she made me feel like I was the only person she was helping that day. After my experience with Omar and Heather, I knew that my next car would not only be a Honda but come from Lou Sabh in Cumming. When I was ready to buy a car, I received online correspondence from Bob Byczynski and I couldn't have been happier with a sales person. When my husband and I went to the lot to test drive the Fit, Bob was very knowledable and patient. He listened to my needs and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. It was the smoothest car buying experience I ever had and definately stress free! Bob and David Owens worked with me to get me into the Honda I wanted within the budget I needed. Never were either of them pushy or tried to sell me upgrades I did not want/need. I am so happy with my car purchase and with the experience I had at Lou Sabh. Bob, David, and the Service Department definately made me a life time customer! More

First Class Sales and Service, must visit this dealership!!! Also, I must say that my first experience with their service department (Heather) was a very positive one and I look forward to taking our vehicles back for our scheduled maintenance!!! The first 2 hours I was patient, assuming we were near the end, having an obvious rattle noise on a brand new Odyssey tended to. Wrong. When we approached the service desk to get an ETA at 2 hour mark, they scrambled to pull our van out of the overflow lot...it hadn't even been looked at yet...their excuse was that they had a lot of airbag recalls that were coming in. LONG STORY SHORT, your appointment time doesn't matter, it is whatever order they feel like. The rattle is a manufacturer issue and that will now take another hour of discussion because we have been referred around like a ping pong ball. Thanks for wasting my day off and I'll be sure to let friends and coworkers know when you need a service center DO NOT waste half a day here. Although they did leave me more than enough time to negatively review them. Whoopsie. More
