Service center does not communicate with customers at drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment drop off. On several occasions I stood there for 15 minutes waiting on either my id to be returned or to be greeted. Tried to schedule an appointment and left 6 messages and no return call. Once with a named person it’s ok but the drop off process is just not customer focused. I told my sales person that if I end up getting service at a different bmw location with better service I will buy my next car there. More
