The Fred Anderson of Charleston experience was excellent. I was able to have the equipment ordered at the first facility installed quickly after a missing tool was sent overnight., thanks to Heather Goodrich's extra efforts. And on the day of my first appointment, even though the installation could not be done as planned, James Lindsey of the sales dept spent 1 1/2 hours with me, patiently explaining how to operate and become more comfortable with all the car's features and answering every question. James, I can't thank you enough! Toyota of Charleston is lucky to have these two fine employees. More

From my first steps inside to leaving the dealership, they treated me like family. When I called, Heather answered the phone with a friendly, unique greeting. She even sang! It was a warm welcome. When I arrived for my appointment, Michael Manning greeted me and made sure to get me to the right person. Eric Peterson gave us a tour of vehicles and accompanied me on the test drive. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get the best car for me. Carey Wright made sure I didn't need anything while I waited. Ryan Spence made sure to get me the best financing deal and all with a great attitude. Thanks for the great experience and I left with an awesome car! More

Great Salesperson Well I was just starting to look for a gently used Toyota and was in the area of the Fred Anderson Toyota dealer. I knew exactly what I was looking fo Well I was just starting to look for a gently used Toyota and was in the area of the Fred Anderson Toyota dealer. I knew exactly what I was looking for. Either a 2007-2009 Corolla or a Camry. A quick look around the lot and I didn't see any. Then I found Rodney Lewis or he found me. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would see what they just got in. He found out they just took in a 2007 Camry with 75,000 miles, 1 owner but it had not been cleaned up or gone through their inspection yet. He let me drive it and we talked price. They came down some on price. I checked it with KBB.com and it was in the range. Told Rodney that I needed to run some numbers and talk to another family member and get back with him. I called him the next day and told him it was a deal it he still had it. Bottom line is that he did a great job. I got a great deal on the car, plus they fixed a couple minor things on the car that were very important to me. I have some of Rodney's cards and will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great car / deal. More

Sami was the salesperson who helped us on both deals and he has to be the most professional, easy to work with, salesmen I have ever dealt with. Not only that, the GM (Steven) was down to earth and easy to talk to. The finance department is just as pleasurable with David and Bill. Overall it was a 5 star experience. Car buying is not usually a pleasurable experience for most, but Fred Anderson Toyota Charleston makes it a fun experience. Thanks! More
