Had frustrating experience here, came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated which went all well and fine but during their routine inspection I was made aware that I needed to replace my rear break pa changed and tires rotated which went all well and fine but during their routine inspection I was made aware that I needed to replace my rear break pads and rotors. I had them replaced in November 2022, just over a year ago by chippewa valley mazda. It seems suspicious that I have to replace them so soon since this is the first time I have had replace them since buying the car in 2018 when I have been doing the same amount of driving mainly on highways. It leads me to believe that they either replaced them incorrectly or with something cheap and charged me over $500. I will be going else where for the rest of my maintenance.
