I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Last week I had my 45,000 mile checkup and this week was new tires. Service review and feedback were fine. Service recommendations were good. Service performed was good. We were told every serviced vehicle is cleaned and washed. After service we were taken to the wrong vehicle (which had been thoroughly cleaned and washed). But, when we were taken to our vehicle it had not been touched and we were quickly told sometimes there’s a backup so they don’t do it. After spending over $1000 on parts and service I would have at least expected a car wash. More
