Usually have a pleasant experience- feel well taken care of, fair value etc. This experience was the first time I’ve had to call multiple times for updates- leave messages with no return call that day. We did question why the pricing was so high (just asking for itemization) and the attendant seemed offended for us asking. Once I got the car back a car coaster was missing, things were out of place, for how much I paid, how long my car was in the shop then to get the vehicle back not in the same shape that I took it in was disappointing.
