My first appointment was scheduled for a saturday, when I arrived I was told the full garage was not opened and that my needs could not be met and that I would need to reschedule. I arrived early waited about 20 minutes was told they would likely not be able to look at my vehicle to late afternoon and that most people drop their cars prepared to wait a week to have it back. I went elsewhere. Got the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes and created a plan for repair. I don't understand the purpose of making appointments if the service department can't even come close to meeting the arrangement. More

It would have been nice to know what type of oil that was put in my car. All my receipt said was synthetic. Would have been nice to know the brand, the weight of the oil.
