I’m horribly disappointed in my oil change. I was told Valvoline oil would be used only to find out that it’s actually Pennzoil. After arriving home and checking the filter, it was not changed I was told Valvoline oil would be used only to find out that it’s actually Pennzoil. After arriving home and checking the filter, it was not changed. Called random guy in service first then called Brandon the service manager and was talked down to so nothing was accomplished. Not interested in arguing but rest assured these ARE FACTS. I will never return and I will spread the word. More
