However the finance guy started out as kind but quickly turned rude and disrespectful when I didn’t want to get the warranties. We were there until almost 11pm. When I told Heather about this part of the experience, she was apologetic and reassuring. Feeling heard even though it was hours after the dealership closed and she had to stay so late was more than appreciated. More
