On time and thorough check to ensure oil only required to be topped off and there was not a leak. As always Heather explained service choices. From appointment scheduling to the finished services, everything was excellent. Heather is amazing. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She is also very courteous. Heather is great! !! Mechanics are great. But there is an enormous wait time to have the car washed. 1-1.5 hours. I have had this issue each time I brought in the car. !! Mechanics are great. But there is an enormous wait time to have the car washed. 1-1.5 hours. I have had this issue each time I brought in the car. Three hour wait for routine maintenance then an extra 1.5 hours. Seems unreasonable. I no longer have the car washed since I do not live local and I don’t have time to waste. It would be a nice service if it was functional. More
