I took my truck to the dealer after being a motor cycle hit the rear of my truck they said they could fix it but it may take a couple of months, Ten months later after getting an attorney they gave my truc hit the rear of my truck they said they could fix it but it may take a couple of months, Ten months later after getting an attorney they gave my truck back. I picked it up in the afternoon saw the bed of my truck was crooked and took it back the next morning, I was lied to on multiple occasions saying it would be ready in a week which it wasn't. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them in the past but I will not be buying another one from them and I will not take my vehicle to be fixed there again. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I am a mechanic by trade my self and knew what was going on and they just ignored me and treated me like it was less than knowledgeable. They offered to buy my vehicle back and was offering a ridiculous trade in amount it was an insult Since my truck was only 1 1/2 year old and only had 19k miles on it. More

I am extremely impressed with thee service department. i took my 2022 Ram 3500 in back in Nov. 2023 for some recall work. the parts needed had to be ordered. due to supplier issues, it took several months i took my 2022 Ram 3500 in back in Nov. 2023 for some recall work. the parts needed had to be ordered. due to supplier issues, it took several months for the parts to come in. in the mean time, the service agent kept me up to date. never once did i feel like they forgot about me or made me feel like they were not on top of it. I worked in manufacturing for over 30 years, the number one thing that keeps costumers coming back is their after sales service. Thank you Hebert's !!!! More
