This is the third time I’ve wasted a big portion of my day on a simple oil change, every single time i spend literally 3 hours in the lobby for my car to be finished. And every single time i complain they day on a simple oil change, every single time i spend literally 3 hours in the lobby for my car to be finished. And every single time i complain they pull a fast one and say they will be providing me with a free oil change free of charge after my warranty coverage is over. That’s 2 oil changes so far that will be supposedly free of charge. I requested to be compensated for something better because every single time is always the same issue. At least some complementary tires. But apparently the best they can do is a free oil change but i know for a fact they won’t keep that end of the deal. Because not even local small businesses with less employees and tools take as long as this place More

The service department is terrible. They don't know how to fix engine light troubles. They will always come up with a reason your light is on, but I found out later on several occasions They don't know how to fix engine light troubles. They will always come up with a reason your light is on, but I found out later on several occasions that they fixed things on my truck that didn't need to be fixed. They will gladly take your money for "guessing" what's wrong with your vehicle. Here's a tip Service: If you don't know how to fix it, just say you can't fix it, don't charge the customer for random stuff when you don't know what you're doing. You are a bunch of incompetent crooks. I would give you negative stars if I could. There should be stars for the mechanic as well on this platform. Negative 10 stars for the mechanic. Shame on you!! More
