I am a life time customer and just recently purchased a 2021 chevy 2500. However, I was promised/owed black sidesteps and never received them. What happened to the phone calls when they know I'm interested in buying a vehicle??? I feel like their main concern was only to selling me a car. As I needed a car and the company I work for wanted to As I needed a car and the company I work for wanted to buy it this month as it is the end of the budget year. The salesman at Ferman Chevrolet and I As I needed a car and the company I work for wanted to buy it this month as it is the end of the budget year. The salesman at Ferman Chevrolet and I worked I was under the impression that the Trax would serve to carry the lift I have for my scoter. We had a deal and papers were sent to finalize the sale when I learned that the Chevy Trax was not strong enough to carry the lift so the salesman and I went back to work to find a car that was affordable and that would work. On Sunday March 21st we finalized the deal I signed the paper. On Monday the Ferman dealership was to fax the information to the business office of my company and I was told that I should have the car by Monday March 29th. Then today March 25 I found out that nothing had been faxed to the company that was buying the car. Now it will not be enough time to complete the transaction this month. Gary Funke the salesman was kind , thoughtful but those in Fermin's business office let the ball drop. and I am very disappointed as it will be at least almost another week before I get the car. More

Timmy our salesman was good and helped quite a bit but here was a few things I didn’t like. First I told the sales manager I wanted to be a $500 out the door for a monthly payment but when I went to sign here was a few things I didn’t like. First I told the sales manager I wanted to be a $500 out the door for a monthly payment but when I went to sign the paperwork in finance I was told it would be more for adding gap and such which I was not told in the beginning. If I had known I would have had a co-signer which would have bought my payment down!! Secondly I called my salesman Timmy and he advised him of a ding we noticed by the fuel door we did not see when we purchased the vehicle as it was dark when we after signing the paperwork. He advised me I would need to pay for the ding to be removed and the dealer would not cover it!! I am having a hard time deciding if I would recommend the dealer to a friend or not due to the simple fact I feel once I signed the paperwork it was like too bad so sad!! More
