I was happy with everything. The sales team was great and attentive to my needs. Finance was also a great experience. Only one small issue at pick up the next day. I called in the morning, about 10am and adv attentive to my needs. Finance was also a great experience. Only one small issue at pick up the next day. I called in the morning, about 10am and advised the sales person I would be able to pick up my vehicle at 2pm. I Was told it would be ready and there was no issues with the time. I also text the sales person when I was about 30 mins out that I was on my way. I explained I had a limited window due to another obligation. When arrived the vehicle was not gassed up or ready to go. I was there for just about 2 hours waiting. I do understand the dealership was busy, but I almost had to reschedule due to another obligation. I’m still happy with everything. I would buy my next vehicle there and the entire experience was great. I believe this is more of a service issue and does not reflect the dealer as a whole. More
