Stayed cool under pressure! I’m not an easy customer but I can say they really have been bending over to make me happy. I’m really warming up to my new car! (I really didn’t want I’m not an easy customer but I can say they really have been bending over to make me happy. I’m really warming up to my new car! Review Overall our expirence at Carl Black was good however the salesperson could have been better educated about which accessories come with each package. We drove from Orlando to Tallahassee and noticed the panel installed on the inside of the Tailgate was loose. All but one screw had come out so we went to Home Depot and purchase some screws and flat washers to secure it so we could continue our trip! More
