Service or sales team Overall the service was eh. I presented them with a comp oil and filter change and the representatives did not know what to do. In addition to that they did not say any thing of welcome to tropical Ford. They just looked at me until I spoke. After that service and speaking the Bryan who did take care of the comp oil change, I did receive several missed phone calls from their sales team wanting to buy my fusion and advising me to buy another car. I will taking my business back to mullinmax ford of Kissimmee. More
