First Scheduled Service Received a warning message via the Ford App indicating that the Restraint Control System had detected a fault & I should contact a dealer ASAP. As the car (2019 Mustang) had 6K miles, I requested that in addition to correcting the Restraint Control System fault, an oil change & tire rotation be done. The service was performed quickly & I left the dealership after about an hour. It wasn't until I looked over the service invoice that I realized only the oil change & rotation had been done. I called the Service Dept. and inquired about the warning message I had received via the Ford App, and was told that they would research it and call me back. That was three days ago & I have yet to hear from them. I'll take the car in to another dealership and see if they can address the Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning.... More
