Made appt online. When I arrived I aS told that I want on the list since I used the online scheduled. That was surprising. I brought truck in for oil change and alignment and advised truck killing to left an the list since I used the online scheduled. That was surprising. I brought truck in for oil change and alignment and advised truck killing to left and steering wheel not centered. It also has a left rear brake light out but I didn’t say anything about that. Within a couple hours I was called and asked to rotate tires. Agreed. Not too long after that I was advised truck was ready. I picked the truck up and it is still pulling slightly to left at speed. Brake light is still out even though the mechanics print out shows that all lights were checked and fully functional. This leads me to wonder what was actually done to my truck. Did you change the oil did you do the alignment? More

Tropical Ford’s service department is awesome! They treat people like they care. Their service is fast, efficient, and reasonable. Included additional charges without my consent. I had to comlain to have them removed from my bill, but it took me ages. Tire replacement experience I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. After work I took my car to get the tire fixed. While I was there I noticed all my tires were getting worn I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. After work I took my car to get the tire fixed. While I was there I noticed all my tires were getting worn which was not surprising considering the car has over 63000 miles and they were the original tires. I asked them to go ahead and replace all 4 tires. I didn't think I would be able to make it back in that day to pick it up when it got done. They were more than willing to keep it overnight. I went back the next day to pick it up and they had all ready and waiting for me. Excellent customer service on their part. More
