I recently had my car serviced by Metro Nissan of Redlands. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I made the first call Helene was friendly, helpful, and k Redlands. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I made the first call Helene was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on. What stood out the most to me was the time it took to service my car. It was initially going to take about 8-9 days to replace my transmission however, it only took three days! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in top condition. They truly care about their customers. Thank you Helena, Chris, and the entire service department for providing such a great experience . More
