The people are really nice and helpful. We didn’t have to wait to check in my vehicle. Plus they gave me updates. What was done to my vehicle and they call you after they were finished. I came in for a basic 90000 mile tune-up and transmission fluid change. My car was also running a little choppy. My advisor ( Helena) set me up with the manual transmission fluid change and a fuel system cle fluid change. My car was also running a little choppy. My advisor ( Helena) set me up with the manual transmission fluid change and a fuel system cleaning. She also put me down for a diagnostics test. The mechanic performed the diagnostic test before the fuel system cleaning and transmission fluid change. Helena informed me that my fluid injectors were bad, and was trying to have me change them. I take it to two other mechanic afterwards and they said the car was fine. The cleaning I had gotten fixed my engine issues. Even when I would call the service center, one person would tel me that yes a fluid system cleaning could remedy my bad fuel injectors while Helena claimed it was highly unlikely. Basically, I should have never gotten the diagnostic in the first place and save my staled $185 plus whatever else they charged me for labor. On top of that, Helena was trying to sell me services that I didn’t need. I feel extremely disrespected as a Nissan owner and customer. I felt robbed when I first purchased the car. And I’m feeling robbed again. Is there anyways to recoup some of those funds? Any of it? I had put my service on credit and it frustrates me more that I paid for service I didn’t really need More
