I was given an appointment time and the car was not touched till hours later. It was a rough experience to say the least. The teachers asked to check my surperntine belt which they clearing didn’t. The mechanics at Hatfield, after hearing our concerns, took initiative and helped solve the problem and it actually felt like they listened and looked out for the customer in our case.
