My sales rep, Henry Argueta was nothing but polite and courteous and made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase. I was never pressured into buying or signing before I was ready. His manager, Mike Podell was amazing! Again, I never felt pressured or doubted my purchase in the slightest. They made sure I understood all my options and worked with me to get a price I wanted. The employees at Salerno Duane, made us feel wanted and welcomed. They listened to what our needs were and led us to the few ideal vehicles that met our standards. Low and behold we came home with a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. Henry Argueta was the is great at his craft. He knew the selected vehicles inside and out. He pointed out certain things to look for as we test drove each car. he made the buying experience a great one. after we selected the car of our choice, Henry brought us to Michael Podell. An outstanding manager, Mike was able to tie everything together and and bring us in under our budget. What a great experience! More
