DO NOT TRUST these guys We went there to buy and new BMW. We found a car we liked, we made a deal and paid the deposit. We were told The car would be ready the next day. 3 da We went there to buy and new BMW. We found a car we liked, we made a deal and paid the deposit. We were told The car would be ready the next day. 3 days later the sales person calls and says we have sold the car, and was trying to offer us a lower priced car for higher monthly payment. Very unprofessional, very unrealaible. We still dont have the deposit back, even though its been 10 days and cant get another car until we get the deposit back. We have called back since a few times to get our deposit back, they are not answering. The management didnt even answer or give us an explanation on what happened. How can they sell the same car to multiple people at the same time. We beleive this are just tricks for them to get you to by a different car at even higher price. At this point we are exploring all options with our attorney. While you might be able to find the car of your dreams in this dealership, BE AWARE, they dont always deliver what they promise! More

worst experience ever, let me explain , I bought Honda CR-V 2010 on 1/31/16 to my wife , the sales person asked me to meet Mr. Edwin in finance who pressed on me to h ever, let me explain , I bought Honda CR-V 2010 on 1/31/16 to my wife , the sales person asked me to meet Mr. Edwin in finance who pressed on me to have extended warranty for the car , 2 days latter I had an appointment to receive the car , I went to Mr Edwin and asked him to cancel this extended warranty , he convinced me to keep for now and I can cancel it within a month without any fees, 4 days latter I called Edwin to cancel , he sent to me a form to fill out and I sent it back to him, per his email the warranty will be cancelled and he will sent the fees (1700$ )of the warranty to chase bank .... Unfortunately this is didn't happen , I called the dealership to ask about the update from Edwin but I informed that he resigned and left this dealership , I made tens of phone calls and tens of emails to all finance department , every time I transfer to answer machine , no one pick up the phone ,no one reply to emails and even when reply to emails they always have some kind of excuse , all are liar,dishonest and unprofessional , they just know how to sweet talk things. Finally they return the extended warranty fees to chase bank and sent to me a check with the rest on 10/14/16 ( after almost 9 months ) but deduct cancellation fees although I informed that no fees. The only person who is great and eager to help customer is Mr. Banos but all others are awful. More

The sales force and service force are second to none My family has purchased four different model BMWs from this dealership in the past several years. The sales force and service force are second to none in the industry. Henry Ding in sales is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and always follows through on the little details that make the experience a pleasure. My wife and I each purchased a car through Henry recently and recommend him highly. The entire sales management team team (Juan and Jason) also went out of their way to get to know me and my wife personally and make sure we were satisfied. Buying a new car can be stressful given the size of the expenditure, but dealing with Henry, Juan, and Jason take as much stress out of the experience as possible. I highly recommend BMW of Sudbury and will buy from them again without hesitation. More

This was the 4th new BMW my husband and I bought from Henry Ding in the I just bought a new BMW335xi from Herb Chambers in Sudbury the past weekend. This was the 4th new BMW my husband and I bought from Henry Ding in the past 10 years. What a great experience to work with Henry! He listened to our needs and always came up the best options for us to choose from. Also not to mention he worked so diligently throughout each step of sales proposals, price negotiations, old car trading in, financing to new car delivery and allowed the deal to be wrapped up in one visit! I am so happy with my new car (as well as the previous 3) and definitely recommending Henry Ding and the company. More

We just completed the negotiation, custom ordering and taking delivery of a 2014 BMW 328i Gran Turismo and our experience from start to finish at BMW of Sudbury was 5-star. There was absolutely nothing th taking delivery of a 2014 BMW 328i Gran Turismo and our experience from start to finish at BMW of Sudbury was 5-star. There was absolutely nothing that could be improved upon. This dealership is managed and operated like a fine-tuned machine—and is an absolute pleasure. People? Facility? 100%. We were already fans and customers of the Herb Chambers group of dealerships, but this particular property goes above and beyond. We'd like to commend Allen Harris with whom we commenced our relationship and transaction back in August. Then, Brian Jung and Henry Ding for their follow-through and extreme care. Finally, David Rosendahl contributed just the right amount of personality, knowledge and finesse to finalize our very positive experience. (In the past, we had a very good experience with General Manager Pranav Gil at another Herb Chambers dealership that was also 'Grade A'—proving once again that excellence starts at the top and trickles down.) We do our homework and are pretty jaded when it comes to leasing our vehicles (because we've done it every three years for several decades now). Horrible experience when i visited this dealership. I was looking to purchase a pre owned 328 xi. Henry refused to let me test drive this vehicle. Instead, he only let my father test drive this vehicle, even looking to purchase a pre owned 328 xi. Henry refused to let me test drive this vehicle. Instead, he only let my father test drive this vehicle, even though I was the one purchasing the car. The test drive was also very rushed. We only got to drive the car for 5 minutes before he told us that we had to head back. Overall, I had a very dissatisfied experience More
