There was no haggling at all and signed a piece of paper and put down a deposit. When it actually came to pick up the car (we got a Pilot) it was extremely easy as well, minus having to sign a bunch of things, not as bad as closing on a house though, haha. Craig made the process incredibly easy and really took price in everything he did and it really showed through with his personal touch. More

Great Deal! Great People! Have been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for some time now to replace a vehicle that was old and had high miles. With kids we wanted to make sure we had something reliable and of course were looking at minivans. Had actually stopped by KIA and almost bought one but said hey, let me go around the corner and see what Honda can do (my wife really wanted an Odyssey). As soon as I got out of my car Raymond was there to welcome me. He was very friendly so I told him that I was interested in the Odyssey, didn't need to test drive or anything else, just needed to talk numbers. If the numbers were right then I would be walking out of the dealership the owner of a brand new Odyssey. It took quite a bit of back and forth and Raymond was a great negotiator, to the point that I almost walked out! However, he worked with me and was eventually able to get me right where I wanted to be on price, financing, etc. and the deal was done. It was then on to Vinnie from Naples! I love Italian people (my wife is Italian) and he was the nicest guy! Went through all the paperwork and he got me the best financing rate possible and even got my payment down a little more! I have purchased and leased many vehicles but the customer experience that I had working with Raymond and Vinnie was fantastic and when I am looking for a new vehicle in the next 6 to 12 months you can bet I am headed to Autopark Honda to seek out Raymond! Thanks a bunch guys!!!! More

We were so impressed with Carly, who did a great job of listening to us and getting to know us as people, rather than trying to sell us a car. That's exactly what we were looking for and were so happy to find it after visiting an area Honda dealership that was only interested in playing hardball with us. We had such a positive experience with Carly and with Joanna in Finance and were completely delighted to be treated as humans and not dollar signs. Henry was also wonderful and reasonable in helping us with some early price conversations over the internet. We are over the moon about the car and about finding AutoPark- we are already enthusiastically recommending the dealership to everyone we know! More

I initially searched for a while for an Accord and found the one I wanted via their internet service. There was a pretty effortless communication with Henry who helped meet the price I was looking for through online communication and set up a test drive. John meet me on the lot and made the buying process easy. Test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what I saw online and purchased it shortly there after. The service was friendly and respectable. Never were they pushy and tried to push services on me that I didn't want. I will definitely buy another Honda in future from them when the time comes! More
