Amazing people My helper was reece and he was sooo nice! He made me feel welcome and comfortable! Other car lots don’t give you much attention, they just want your money. But Honda was amazing! Thank you Reece and karan. were both very sweet and nice. Henry is very knowledgeable! Henry really knows his stuff about the vehicles. A lot of other dealerships did not know the difference between the different models. But they did a good job following up with the mistake and completing the deal. More

Great dealership and salesmen Customer Service was fantastic. The minute you walk into the dealership, their friendly staff will greet you and provide any assistance you need. My salesman was very attentive and knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. The whole staff from the sales floor staff to financing were very professional and helpful. Russell & Smith bait-and-switch tactics, bad customer servic If you want to experience bait-and-switch tactics, poor customer service and unfulfilled promises, then Russell & Smith is the place to go! I purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Russell & Smith on Memorial Day weekend. After agreeing on a price with Internet Sales Consultant Henry Reece via text (which included confirmed "manager approval") I quickly sent off my finance application and jumped in an uber to go finalize the contract after work. Halfway there, I received a call from Henry that his manager has now changed his mind and that they would not honor the agreed price (he wanted $130 extra). A very heated argument ensued, and Henry threw out all kinds of excuses: I could afford it (?!! he specifically referred to my previous occupation as a lawyer, which can only be known to him from my finance application); he had no sale all week and needed the sale; he worked hard for the sale and deserved the extra money...the list goes on. I finally relented because by that time I was already there, was tired from work and needed a vehicle for a family trip that weekend. Additionally, I have received very poor customer service since signing the contract. As of today (July 7), I still have not received my license plates despite numerous emails, calls and texts to both the sales consultant Henry Reece and their management office. I am now against the statutory deadline for getting my plates. They received the plates from the DMV in the first week of June and promised to send it out. Clearly, they do not care about customer service once the sale has concluded. Examples of interactions: +Mid June: called office to remind them to send out plates +June 20: Henry promised via text that the plates would be sent the next day +July 3: Spoke to Ari at the office, who promised that they would be sent on the 5th and would also ask their director that day to call me to resolve the unsatisfactory service. 3 days, +July 3: Spoke to Henry, who promised that they would be sent on the 5th. A lot of promises that "we will look after you", with ZERO action. If the plates do not arrive within the next week, I will have to file a formal complaint against this dealership. If you want a positive experience (very simply, dealing with people whose word is their bond), then this is not the place to go. More
