Extremely happy with the work performed and service recieved I always get a pit in my stomach anytime I have to take my car in for servicing because I am worried about being charged for work that is not needed o I always get a pit in my stomach anytime I have to take my car in for servicing because I am worried about being charged for work that is not needed or being over charged for service. My vehicle is older and needed a lot of work. I also knew I would be paying allot for this visit, which I did. However, Henry explained everything that was needed and prioritized the most critical items. I felt a great amount of trust and honesty from Henry. The difference in my vehicle's performance was immediately noticed when I drove it off the lot. I have been coming to this service department for over 7 years and will continue until my car can no longer pass emissions. More

Henry is Aa ten! My water pump went out and of course it happened after hours. I went to dealership and the service area was closed, but a gentleman named Henry, who w My water pump went out and of course it happened after hours. I went to dealership and the service area was closed, but a gentleman named Henry, who works in the service area took the time to let me know whether it was safe to drive my car home and come back when they opened. Turns out my water pump was leaking coolant all over and he said it wouldn't be safe. He was so helpful and to really put service in "Customer Service" he offered to give me a ride home, since it was after hours. Thank you so much Henry for keeping me up to date, finding me some coupons to help with cost and getting me safely home. Battery Problem I was having problems with my battery. There were times when the car would start with no problem and then at other times the ignition would hesitate. I was having problems with my battery. There were times when the car would start with no problem and then at other times the ignition would hesitate. Finally one morning the car would not start at all, just starter would click. I happened to have a battery booster/starter which I hooked up and managed to get the car started. I drove the car to Sands and without an appointment. They took me in to discussed the situation with one of your Service Writers, Henry, who told me it sounded like a bad battery cell. I needed an oil change and rotation too and agreed to have it all done. It turned out to be a bad cell, so I agreed to have the battery replaced. More

JUMP START ON SATURDAY MY WIFE AND I WENT TO NHRA DRAG RACES IN PHOENIX. UPON MY RETURN I HAD TO HAVE AAA JUMP START MY VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 1 1/2 HALF OL ON SATURDAY MY WIFE AND I WENT TO NHRA DRAG RACES IN PHOENIX. UPON MY RETURN I HAD TO HAVE AAA JUMP START MY VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE IS ONLY 1 1/2 HALF OLD. THE SERVICEMAN WANTED ME TO BUY ONE OF THEIR BATTIERIES BUT I DID NOT. I DROVE MY CARD TO SANDS CHEVROLET AND SPOKE TO SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH AND HE TOOK ME RIGHT IN. THEY CHECKED OUT THE STARTING SYSTEM AND BATTERY. THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY WHICH SAVED ME OVER $200,00. IF I WOULD HAVE TO BUY ONE FROM AAA.
