I've not experienced this level of customer service in years With the exception of you folks, it seems like people have stopped providing this high level of customer service. When my rep learned that I inherited the car after Dad passed, the rep researched every piece of information he thought I'd need. Also, since my bumper-to-bumper was about to expire, he looked at all systems to see if anything could be fixed. I can tell why my father purchased the car from this location. And I will drive out of my way to bring it back to your facility. Great work! More

unknown reason for over chagre I did like the service and care of the attendants, service worker, office personnel, but for some reason the invoice and the charge receipt do not mat I did like the service and care of the attendants, service worker, office personnel, but for some reason the invoice and the charge receipt do not match. I was overcharged by about $10.00 I did not notice this until I got home and was filing the papers. Henry, in repairs, was talking to me while I was checking out and I just didn't see or ask about it at the time. More
