Diagnosis for engine skip and fast idle I was very pleased with Henry Smiths help for getting my vehicle fixed. Henry had told me the dealership would not nickel and dime me and they would I was very pleased with Henry Smiths help for getting my vehicle fixed. Henry had told me the dealership would not nickel and dime me and they would work hard to find out my vehicles issues. My vehicle was looked at over several days because of the complex issues and I was not charged for the extra time it took to diagnose the vehicle, like most places would probably do. I felt I was treated fair, the charges were fair and Henry helped me with any discounts. Very pleased. More
