Great service Had check engine light come on and engine not running right, at end of the day, minutes before service dept closing, Henry was kind enough to have me Had check engine light come on and engine not running right, at end of the day, minutes before service dept closing, Henry was kind enough to have me come by. He ran diagnostic on it, and gave me piece of mind that I was OK until 2 days when I could bring it back. Brought back and he was able to find the problem and give me the options to repair it. Thanks Henry for going the extra step at the end of your shift. More

Surprise leak I visited Sand's Surprise due to an unexpected leak coming from my car's engine. When I called Henry, he asked me when I wanted to bring my car in. Henry took great care of my car, the leak was fixed, the car was cleaned and ready when Henry told me it would be. I was surprised that the price was lower than what I expected. Thank you so much Henry for your attention to detail, your pleasant and understanding care.... you make me and my car very happy!! I will only go to Sand's Surprise Service, because I know you, Henry, are there and treat me like family!!! More

Best service center I have ever used in 52 years I have been using Sand's service center since I brought my 1st truck from them. I can say without reservation they have always given me good service I have been using Sand's service center since I brought my 1st truck from them. I can say without reservation they have always given me good service on my trucks. But with in the last couple of years has gone from good to great. Henry Smith my service adviser is great with his advise and follow up on service my truck needs. It's almost like he feels like my Silverado is his also. I will keep going back for service on my truck, as long as Henry Smith and the Service Manager are there. Might not buy another Silverado from Sands but I will only use their Service Dept for repairs for my Silverado. Theron Lord More
