GREAT SERVICE I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN HE FOUND OUT WHAT THE MATTER WAS IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DIFFERENIAL OIL WAS BURNT. THEY REPLACED THE DIFFERENTIAL IN A FEW DAYS AND I WAS ON MY WAY AGAIN. I HAVE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EXCEPT ONE TIME WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HENRY SMITH AS MY SERVICE ADVISOR. HE HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME FAIRLY. Fantastic Customer Service!!! I took my car in due to the fact that my a/c wasn't functioning properly. Henry went out of his way to keep me informed of everything that was going o I took my car in due to the fact that my a/c wasn't functioning properly. Henry went out of his way to keep me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle and when he wasn't there, Ken kept updating me on the status of my car. Although there was some complications with my car they made the process smoother and hassle free with there communication skills! Overall the customer service and the service they did to my car was EXCELLENT!!!!! More

New Chevy Silverado Quentin was my sales person and did an excellent job. As I was about to pull away from the dealership Quentin noticed a small issue with my bumper. Quentin was my sales person and did an excellent job. As I was about to pull away from the dealership Quentin noticed a small issue with my bumper.
