Recent Visit I was professionally greeted by Henry, my assigned Service Writer, who answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I was guided to the wa I was professionally greeted by Henry, my assigned Service Writer, who answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I was guided to the waiting room where I waited for my car to be serviced. Luckily there was nothing wrong with the car. When the car was completed, Henry came and got me and went over what was done and handed me off to the cashier. Henry then walked me to my car. The personalized service was great. More

Air Conditioner Problem Since my last experience of losing my AC when we had 117 degree temps, I'm sensitive to it acting up again. So when the AC seemed to begin acting up Since my last experience of losing my AC when we had 117 degree temps, I'm sensitive to it acting up again. So when the AC seemed to begin acting up again when it got really hot I took it in to Sands Chev. Henry and the technician did a thorough job of inspecting every part of the AC system, made a couple of adjustments and it's behaving like it should. Thanks Henry Smith!! More

bed liner and desert package instll i took my 2016 silverado in for a bed liner and the desert package.they did an outstanding job.they called me about 4 pm ask me if they could keep it i took my 2016 silverado in for a bed liner and the desert package.they did an outstanding job.they called me about 4 pm ask me if they could keep it over night to finish it in the morning,i didn't care.The next day all the work was done,they even filled the tank and washed it.Thank you guys you are great.
