Henry in the service department is the very best!! Henry is great, he is the best in customer service!! The service Director Derick is dishonest as is the sales department. I did not even want to buy a new car but was forced to as the service Dept and Chevrolet could not fix the AC in my crazy beautiful 2015 Z28 Camaro, Derick said he could do a buy back with Chevrolet since they can't fix the AC and for me to come meet him and he would set me up with the sales Dept to pick out a new Camaro that has AC that works and I would get $7,600 from Chevrolet to buy a new Camaro. I went to the dealership, Derick was not there and the sales department said I had to talk with Derick as they could not do anything. I bought a new ZL1 Camaro Paid top dollar for it and followed up on the issue wth Derick, I called him left a message and he never called me back. When I asked the sales Dept about next steps in getting the $7,600, they said they talked with Derick and as I already bought a car it was too late. I never got my $7,600. Thats rude and dishonest!! Same on Sands Chevrolet!! More

Excellent And Fast Customer Care This was a great experience! I need a ride back to work and they had an Uber their within minutes to get me back to work. They even had an Uber pick me up at work to bring me back to the dealership and gave me a loaner vehicle because they needed my car overnight. I was also able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Henry was my service contact and he did awesome taking care of everything! Well done Sands!! More

I brought my truck in for an oil change and it was cheaper than I was Sands Chevrolet in Surprise AZ is by far the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I brought my truck in for an oil change and it was cheaper than I was quoted and finished faster than the time quoted as well. Fast, courteous and didn’t over promise anything.
