Subsequently we were contacted by the service manage After a recent unpleasant experience with Sands, I wrote an uncomplimentary review on this site. Subsequently we were contacted by the service manager who offered to make things right. They treated us royally, and went out of their way to explain what they were recommending and why. They even researched competitive quotes for the recommended service and met their prices. More
